I. Product Introduction

Super clear film, also known as PVC Transparent Film, is a fully transparent material. Its main component is polyvinyl chloride, and other ingredients are added to enhance its heat resistance, toughness and ductility. It has good flexibility, is easy to form, is not brittle, is non-toxic and pollution-free, and has a long shelf life. Super Clear PVC Film of ten uses UV inkjet printing technology, with bright colors, strong three-dimensional sense, not easy to fade, and long service life. It can perfectly match transparent media such as glass and acrylic boards. It uses the "color white color" mode on UV equipment to produce double-sided pictures. It is suitable for store window decoration, company tile photo wall, commercial area floor-to-ceiling windows and other scenes, adding bright colors and transparency to commercial spaces.

II. Product Features

1. Ultra-high light transmittance

PVC Transparent Film has a light transmittance of more than 92% (close to glass), low light refractive index, and almost no visual distortion. It is suitable for scenes with strict requirements on clarity.

2. Excellent mechanical properties

It has high impact resistance, flexibility and wear resistance, and can withstand complex processing technology (such as stamping and thermoforming).

3. Weather resistance and stability

Anti-ultraviolet (UV), high temperature (-50°C to 150°C), moisture-proof and anti-corrosion, long-term exposure to harsh environments still maintains stable performance.

4. Chemical inertness

High tolerance to chemicals such as acids, alkalis, solvents, etc., suitable for corrosive environments.

5. Lightweight and environmentally friendly

The weight is only 1/10 of glass, which can reduce transportation and installation costs; some models are recyclable, in line with sustainable development needs.



III. Product application

High Transparency Film mainly plays its advantages of high transparency, flexibility and weather resistance in application, and is commonly used in the following scenarios:

Door curtain: Super Clear Film Door curtain is made of environmentally friendly materials. Compared with door curtains of other materials, super transparent film door curtain is more affordable, has a long service life and low maintenance cost. This makes it more cost-effective in commercial places.

Commercial windows and displays: Super transparent film can be used for store window decoration, and UV inkjet printing technology is used to present colorful and three-dimensional pictures to attract customers' attention.

Glass curtain walls and partitions: In commercial buildings, High Transparency Film can be applied to glass curtain walls and office glass partitions, which not only maintain transparency, but also increase beauty and privacy through printed patterns.
