I. Product Introduction

Roof tarpaulin is a flexible waterproof material specially used to cover the roof of a building. It is usually composed of a high-strength polyester fiber base fabric and a PVC, PE, PVDF and other coatings to form a roof waterproof membrane. Its core function is to provide temporary or long-term waterproof, windproof, sun-proof and heat-insulating protection for the roof. II. Product Features

1. The waterproof roof cover adopts double-sided PVC coating or PE film composite process to form a dense waterproof layer, which can effectively resist extreme weather such as heavy rain and snow. The joints are treated by high-frequency welding or hot melt adhesive edge sealing technology to eliminate leakage risks and ensure long-term waterproof effect.

2. Heavy-duty tarpaulin high strength and tear resistance The base cloth adopts high-density polyester fiber or glass fiber, and the tensile strength can reach more than 500N/5cm, which can withstand strong winds, hail impact and people trampling.

The roof tarpaulin coating enhances the toughness of the material, reduces the risk of tearing caused by external forces, and prolongs the service life.

3. Weather resistance and anti-aging ability Adding UV anti-ultraviolet stabilizer can resist ultraviolet radiation for more than 10 years and delay material aging.

4. Acid and alkali resistant, salt spray resistant, adapt to industrial pollution, coastal high-salt environment, and maintain stable physical properties for a long time.

5. Lightweight and convenient installation The unit area weight is only 1/5-1/3 of traditional metal tiles, reducing the roof load pressure, especially suitable for the renovation of old buildings.

6. Support modular splicing, no welding or complex tools are required for installation, which greatly shortens the construction period and reduces labor costs.

Fire rating: B1 (flammable) or A (non-flammable), in line with fire regulations.

Color: white, gray, blue, etc. (reflective type can reduce indoor temperature by 5-10℃)

PVC double-sided coated tarpaulin is preferred for long-term use, taking into account both strength and weather resistance.

In high temperature areas, it is recommended to use heat-insulating coated tarpaulin to reduce air conditioning energy consumption.
