With polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as the core raw material, the durability and flexibility of the material are improved by adding additives such as stabilizers and plasticizers. In a high-speed mixer, the raw materials are fully mixed at a high temperature of 100-120°C to ensure that the additives are evenly distributed. Subsequently, the mixture is made into a film of a specified thickness by a calendering process, or formed into structural parts such as pipes and plates by an extrusion process. Some high-end products will also be surface coated to enhance waterproof and UV protection.
